Our client is looking for a physician with an interest in a long-term practice development, they should have a strong commitment to patient-centred care with excellent clinical and communication skills. Duties and responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, managing ongoing care, order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, x-rays, etc.), prescribe, manage treatment plans, provide acute and preventative medical care, including vaccinations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to the clinic’s continued growth and operational success. Hours of work are 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling available.  The clinic uses Telus EMR, and offers full billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 (reduces to 75/25 upon reaching billing threshold), the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000 gross.
