The incoming physician's responsibilities will include providing comprehensive primary care to rostered patients and walk-in coverage. The physician will also receive support in growing their patient roster quickly.  Hours of work will be 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, with the possibility of work hours being extended 9am - 8pm once the clinic has full-time physician coverage. The clinic uses Oscar EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is a blended model including OHIP billing and being part of a FHG (Family Health Group), split arrangement will be no overhead in the first month, 90/10 in the second month and  80/20 onwards, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$500,000.   Incentives Available to the Physician: No overhead in the first month.
