IMG SUPPORT AVAILABLE / Job ID: 1985 Cardiologist for Network of GTA Clinics  Job Details: Our client in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Cardiologist to join their Community Health Centre. The incoming physician will work as a solo practice within the physician team. Duties include providing cardiac consultation services for new patients and follow ups, and interpreting cardiac imaging studies for referred patients. Ability to read cardiac imaging (e.g. Echo, Stress Echo, Holter, ECG, ABPM, etc.) is a requirement. Hours of work are 8am-4pm or 8:30-4:30pm, with occasional Saturdays, no call. The clinic uses Oscar EMR, Philips Xcelera/ISCV for Cardiac imaging reporting, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 80/20, which covers all administrative and IT costs - no additional costs to physician. The range of potential annual earnings is $300,000-$500,000. Additional incentives can be discussed with interested physicians. Clinic Details: The client has three locations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The main location has 7 physician offices, 5 echo rooms, nuclear imaging, 3 stress areas, and full administrative staff complement. The other two clinic locations have fewer physician offices but have the same full complement of modalities and administrative support. The catchment area is east Toronto (Scarborough) as well as the Durham region (Ajax/Pickering), all with varied demographics. Clinical Responsibilities: •  Cardiovascular-focused outpatient consultations and follow-ups •  Interpretation of ECG and Holter monitors (mandatory) •  Supervision of exercise stress tests (mandatory) •  Monthly case group discussions available with the cardiology group Schedule: •  Part-time baseline: 4–5 in-person clinic days to see consults, follow-ups, and supervise stress tests concurrently, plus 4–5 follow-up days that can be done virtually. •  Full-time available by scaling up from this baseline. •  Office hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, with some weekend days for diagnostics. •  Combination of remote and clinic shifts available.
